Magnecor's KV85 Competition (8.5mm) Ignition Cables feature Magnecor's exclusive 2.5mm high capacity Metallic Inductance EMI Suppressed conductor consisting of stainless steel wire precisely wound at 200 turns per inch over a ferrimagnetic core. The insulating jacket is made entirely of Magnecor's exclusive TC-1500-HS high strength aerospace grade silicone rubber, and its single layer construction will prolong the jacket's insulating ability by conducting extreme heat away from hot-spots that occur near over-the-limit heat sources.

The KV85 8.5mm jacket has a service heat resistance of 600 degrees F (320 degrees C) and up to 1,000 degrees F (540 degrees C) for short burst 3 minutes. Even if limits are exceeded, the silicone rubber will retain its insulating ability until wires are removed from engine.

These wires are great. My car had a stutter from a cold start previous to installing these wires. I also installed NGK Iridium plugs when I installed these wires and my car runs MUCH smoother now compaerd to the stock wires/plugs.

I am very impressed. My A/T 2002 Accent now has a quieter idle, a quicker acceleration, and the gear shifting is quicker. Definitely a good investment for the car. 2 thumbs up!!!!!

This combo ROCKED the car performs so much better i would put this on the top of anyones list of addons at the top right after exhaust
RPM seems to have gotten a boost it climbs alot faster or atleast thats what me and my buddy seemed to notice from our 2 x3's. Also Idle indead did smooth out compaired to our stock setup. Also we noticed a noticable improvement in general performance such as climbing hills etc. Im not saying we gained a substantial gain but it was definitly a noticable increased and i mean for what 70 bucks its definitly a cost effective improvement.
